Graphic Designer/Customer Service Representative
Job Posting for Graphic Designer/Customer Service Representative at Minuteman Press
Successful business-to-business printing, design marketing company seeking a kind, detail-oriented full-time customer service representative. This person will interact with all business customers and keep records of account information in our customer database. Assist in quoting client jobs and accepting payments.
The ideal candidate has experience in a digital print production environment. Specifically with Digital Presses and Bindery Equipment.
Should understand concepts like bleeds, crop marks, and placing images multiple up .
This person will aid the designer with many different types of printed marketing materials for our clients. From business cards, signage, mailings, promotional items, and more.
-Knowledge of Adobe Suite is a must.
-The use of RIP Software or the FIERY Command Workstation is a plus.
This person will also be a team player and assist with production.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Superb telephone communication skills
- Experience handling customers in a kind, professional manner
- Experience using database software and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written
- Ability to present the company in a positive and supportive manner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

- Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)
