The world’s largest and top-rated digital print, marketing and design franchise is seeking candidates for a position as a Prepress/Graphic Designer. This person will be responsible for assisting our customers via telephone, email, and in person at our office with their print, promotional and design projects.
You will be doing graphic design, submitting files to vendors, dealing directly with customers, preparing estimates and work orders, digital printing, light bindery (as needed), and being part of a cohesive team. We are PC based with Adobe CC Suite.
We need a designer with exemplary skills in customer service, building relationships, and use consultative selling when working with customers.

Requirements:
- Graphic Design degree or three years experience.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Excellent time-management skills. You should be able to juggle multiple tasks and daily deadlines with minimal supervision and extraordinary attention to detail.
- Work both independently and as a member of a team, from concept to completion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Professional Appearance and Attitude.
- General shop cleaning.
- Print shop experience is a plus.
