Responsibilities:
- Designing print materials such as business cards, flyers, brochures, booklets, signage and logo design.
- Skilled in using Adobe Creative Suite for the creation and editing.
- Must possess a high level proficiency in InDesign.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Creating visually compelling social media content to enhance brand presence and drive engagement.
- Ability to prepare files for print accurately and efficiently.
- Communicating with printers and other team members to coordinate the printing process and ensure the quality of the final product.
- Maintaining organized files and documentation for each project. Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding design standards, file management, and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise as a Graphic Designer, ideally within a print shop or related industry.
- Proficient in InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel and Word.
- A keen eye for layout, typography, and color.
- Attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot design issues and printing challenges.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and client feedback.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clients and team members.
