Position: Print Production Specialist

Pay: $18-22 (negotiable based on previous experience)

We are an established full-service print, design, and marketing franchise company. We're looking for a talented Print Production Specialist to join our team at our Cambridge, MN location. Below is a list of the preferred skills applicable to the position as well as a breakdown of day-to-day responsibilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with digital print production equipment (Canon, Xerox, Konica Minolta, etc.).
• Proficiency in phone, email, and face to face interaction with clients.
• Knowledge of paper brands and types.
• Knowledge of print related products.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
• Responsibility and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with clients via email and by phone to facilitate print production and design orders.
• Communicate directly with our in-house print production and bindery team.
• Follow up with clients or customers regarding proofs and other project inquiries.
• Ensure that customers are satisfied with products or services.
• Educate clients about additional products, services, and ways we can help them market their business.
• Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s questions.
• Escalate queries and concerns to the business owner.

• Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)
• Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred)
