Job Posting for Customer Service at Minutemen Staffing

Now hiring a Customer Service Representative for a company in Akron for 1st shift, 8 : 30am 5pm.

Weekly pay starting at $16 per hour, but could be more depending on experience.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for interacting with customers, addressing their needs, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Job Duties :

  • Answer inbound calls and address customer questions.
  • Accurately enter customer data with a strong attention to detail.
  • Complete filing and scanning tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Occasionally check on warehouse operations and verifying orders.
  • Work the Sign-In window including : greeting and signing in drivers, confirming inbound and outbound shipments, and confirming pick-up order numbers.

Requirements :

  • Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office software and Outlook.
  • Ability to bend and kneel for short times.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in Customer Service is required.

These are temp-to-hire positions.
