We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our 3rd shift team, from 12 AM to 7 AM. The ideal candidate will operate multiple machines, contributing to the production of precision parts for the aerospace and other industries.
This role requires good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
Responsibilities :
- Operate multiple machines efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity.
- Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
- Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available.
- Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management.
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace.
- Follow established safety rules and regulations.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to handle physical requirements of the job.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to pass a basic math test.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in operating machinery.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Available to work the 3rd shift schedule (12 AM to 7 AM).
