Mirbeau Hospitality Services is seeking a Digital Media Coordinator to join our Marketing team. The Digital Media Coordinator will help to grow Mirbeau's digital reach by working with the Marketing Coordinator to create digital ads and video content. The successful candidate will have experience with Google Ads, video production and web development.
Job Description:
- Set up, monitor and adjust Google Ads
- Research SEO trends, keywords and make improvements to ads and website accordingly
- Report monthly on the results of paid ad campaigns and Google Web Analytics
- Meet bi-weekly with Google Ads Representative to improve campaigns
- Communicate with Google Technical Team and meet to set up conversion tracking or fix errors
- Work with the Marketing Coordinator on producing and editing video content that can be used across channels for paid digital ads, YouTube Ads, as well as social media
- Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator on video projects and video editing for Mirbeau Balanced Virtual Wellness Program
- Work together with the Marketing Team to fix website errors and help the Marketing Coordinator maintain a responsive website and good SEO
- Implement digital advertising spend
- Monitor, adjust and create Meta Ads campaigns as needed
- Communicate with Facebook Support to solve technical issues as needed
- Post Spa pop-up specials or other time-sensitive information as needed
Required Skills:
- Experience working with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner
- Experience with video production for web and digital ads including YouTube Ads, Facebook/Instagram Advertising, Reels, TikTok
- SEO Experience
- Experience with website management and development; Wix EditorX experience a plus
- Must be current with digital landscape and advertising trends
- Streaming Advertising Platforms (Hulu, Spectrum, etc.) a plus
