As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying sales opportunities and delivering unparalleled customer service to our esteemed clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage, educate, and sell vehicles to both new and returning customers;
  • Promptly respond to online inquiries, including those from platforms like Facebook and Craigslist;
  • Efficiently close sales transactions and ensure timely follow-ups;
  • Address and resolve any customer concerns or grievances;
  • Proficiently utilize the government-provided Vehicle Sale System (MN Drive) and our Dealer Management System (Frazer).

Desired Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory;
  • Exceptional negotiation abilities;
  • A keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
