[What you do]
Human Resource generalist is a member who will perform the necessary daily tasks of our company’s human resource department. You will be reporting to the HR manager

• Conduct and manage recruitment and selection process (drafting JD, researching the market, reviewing resumes, conducting screening interviews, arranging interviews with managers)
• Successfully onboard employees and any contract or tools associated with the process (creating contract, generating emails, invitation to slack, sending welcome packages, sharing company handbooks, arranging kick off meetings)
• Successfully off-board employees and any contracts or deactivation needed with the process (creating contracts, deactivation from tools, making final payments)
• Any legal paper work collection which needs to be done during these onboard/off boarding time period (W9, 1099)
• Any tax/entity setup related matters
• W2 disbursement
• Administer employee benefit, compensation, bonus and evaluating staff complaints
• Holding accountable of any employee related issues that come up, consulting them and being the middle-man to solve the issue to maintain a healthy work environment
• Recommend and implement recruiting practices designed to provide sufficient qualified staff to meet agreed upon staffing numbers
• Analyze trends including turnover, culture survey results, and complaints
• Other duties as assigned

[Requirements]

• At least three years of HR experience (Required)
• To be able to work at least 2-4 hours during business hours (Mon-Fri / 9AM-5PM) for minimum of 4 days a week
• Experience in comprehensive knowledge of building
• Collaborate with hiring team to manage new employee onboarding and arrange kick off meetings
• Address employee concerns and issues, fostering a positive work environment
• Assist employee with benefit-related inquires
• Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Proven working experience in HR team as a team leader
• Solid knowledge of using Indeed, Linkedin, and some other tools
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and endure a fast pace environment
• Work successfully in a collaborative team environment
• Strong leadership skills
