Warehouse Supervisor

Miss A Stores is looking for an energetic full-time Warehouse Supervisor to join our expanding team at our Headquarters in Dallas, Texas! In this role, the Warehouse Supervisor will lead and provide guidance to the picking/packing department. This includes manually picking orders, packing orders, and shipping orders for our Retail Store orders. This role will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to report any product that is damaged, returned, or discuss inventory discrepancies.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and provide guidance to the picking team

· Ensure all pickers are picking their stores order form to pick and organize it on each stores packing table(box)

· Essential to accurately check whether the pickers are selecting the correct stores they need to pick for

· Ensure all items and quantities are correctly picked

· Check the delivery schedule daily and regularly follow up to ensure that picking and packing are prepared

· Provide real-time updates to the manager on whether teams can complete the day's tasks

· Ensure that team members can effectively complete their tasks by properly distributing work among pickers and packers

· Check in damaged/returned retail inventory and organize, count, and restock onto the shelves

· Perform check-in from main inbound and stock the pallets on each ACC vendor shelf

· Report to the manager when there are missing SKUs and boxes

· Check the delivery schedule and conclude the closing time at 3:30PM on the same day. Record it in the work order (total box &weight). Organize all outgoing pallets according to their length, and ensure that ensure proper lineup of pallets for each store

· Communicate with other departments and assist in other departments as needed

· Report to Manager for any inventory discrepancies

· Ensure pickers are keeping the workstation clean & organized

· Need to undergo training a new team member

· Adhere to company policies and procedures

· Assist with other warehouse duties, as needed

· Overall management and responsibility for retail outbound and delivery

Requirements:

· Must have 2 years of experience in a Warehouse Supervisor role

· Basic math knowledge

· Must be able to read in English

· Possess the ability to Lead/Guide the picking team

· Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced role, while ensuring the highest levels of accuracy across all open items

· Demonstrate initiative and efficiency on a daily basis.

· Have a positive attitude with co-workers, customers, and surrounding team.

· Able to work in a warehouse environment (not climate control)

· Bilingual – Spanish/English OR Korean/English

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the job duties, the employee is regularly required to:

· Must be able to sustain long periods of walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, lifting throughout 8-hour shift.

· Manually picking & packing throughout 8-hour shift

· Manually carry/lift boxes of up to 50 pounds
