Talent Acquisition Consultant

Overview

Mission Health in Asheville, NC is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join the team!

Job Summary: Plan, develop and implement contemporary recruitment strategies designed to attract qualified candidates. Provide a high level of customer service in consulting with and guiding hiring managers in comprehensive recruitment and staffing issues, policies, and processes. Use best practices and established metrics to actively identify and analyze short and long-range human capital trends which need to be addressed. Provide relevant information for these trends, recommend action, and assist in implementing programs and initiatives that support a positive outcome.

This recruiter will primarily focus on fast-paced, high volume physician services group and hospital positions. Will have opportunity to crosstrain and be exposed to other healthcare system positions as well. 

Required Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration or applicable course of study and/or equivalent experience considered.

Preferred Education: MBA or Masters, Human Resources Management

Preferred License: PHR/SPHR or CHCR

Required Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recruiting/marketing/sales/leadership experience in a best in class organization; ideally healthcare. Proven success in sourcing, managing, and placing all levels of candidates. Experience operating in a consultative and/or advisory capacity. Requires excellent skills in influence, negotiation, collaboration, and handling difficult conversations with leaders and candidates. Must demonstrate ability to act independently upon information and make decisions that achieve optimal results. Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects and meet/exceed deadlines as set.

Preferred Experience: Human Resources in a healthcare setting; Knowledge and experience utilizing structured candidate assessment methodologies such as behavioral based interviewing for candidate selection; bilingual
