We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Manager to join our team. As a Food Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food production, customer service, and shift management. If you have a passion for culinary arts, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in hospitality management, we want to hear from you.

DETAILS: You are charged with maintaining the service, training, quality, and cleanliness standards of this established coffee, bakery, and dessert cafe. This is a customer-focused position in which you will be instrumental in training and leading a team of fun and happy teammates. You will guide the team, find coverage for call-outs, lead by example, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and motivate and encourage your team.

DUTIES:

- Manage and supervise the daily operations of both the service team and the kitchen

- Ice Cream Making, Baking, and General Prep

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for food preparation and service

- Coordinate and oversee food production, including making ice cream, baking, and other prep production

- Train and mentor staff on proper customer service, work procedures, cash and food handling techniques

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Pay: $23.44 - $24.85 per hour
