You'll drive forward our mission of financial inclusion by serving as the voice of Mission Lane. When our customers speak with you, they'll know that their financial well-being is your number one priority. In this role, you'll work full time on one of the following teams:
As an Account Coordinator on the Servicing or FDI Team, you'll take calls from current customers and use your communication, critical thinking, and problem solving skills to help them succeed with our products.
As an Account Coordinator on the Collections or Recoveries Team, you'll make calls to customers who have fallen behind on payment, approach them with dignity and respect, and help them improve their financial health.
You'll thrive in this role if:
- You have 1 years experience going above and beyond for customers, in any industry
- You have some sales or negotiation experience, or the demonstrated ability to speak persuasively
- You're a critical thinker with problem-solving skills
- You're savvy with the use of technology & software
- You have solid written and verbal communication skills
- You have great interpersonal skills, and an ability to adapt to the situation
- You're resourceful, resilient, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You can multitask while speaking with customers
- You have a High School diploma or GED
