We’re looking for an engineer with prior DevOps, Cloud Engineering, and/or InfoSec experience to join Mission Lane Engineering as a DevSecOps Engineer.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute at a company that’s on the verge of becoming the household name in financial products for the 50% of Americans who are not served by traditional financial institutions. 

 

Our Core Tech Stack Includes:

Kubernetes (GKE) / GCP / Istio / Gloo / Cloudflare / ArgoCD / Jenkins / Github/ React Native / React  JavaScript / TypeScript / Node.js /  Kotlin / Java / PostgreSQL

 

The impact you’ll make:

You’ll drive forward our mission of financial inclusion by:
  • Decreasing lead time to delivery for Mission Lane software engineers
  • Shifting security left: increasing visibility and remediation of security defects earlier in the CI/CD pipeline
  • ​​Deploying and maintaining applications/platforms that extend developer capabilities
  • Building automation and monitoring to enforce security policies and detect threats
  • Implementing OPA Policy in Kubernetes environments and Terraform to implement Information Security controls as code
You’ll thrive in this role if:
  • Have at least 7 years of technology experience
  • At least 3 years of experience focusing on building and support CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications
  • Experience with security automation throughout SDLC lifecycle
  • Managed cloud environments via Infrastructure-as-Code
  • Strong scripting expertise, such as with Python or Shell
  • Compassion and Empathy for the developers we serve and for stakeholders, reserving judgment and maintaining professionalism
  • Experience in platform hardening, access management, certificate management, network security and operating system security
