Wage/Group:  Group III or IV, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Reports to:  Ticketing Manager

Pay Range: $16.28 - $17.34

Status:  Seasonal-Full-Time/Part-Time

TICKET SCANNER JOB SUMMARY:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ticket scanning, helping resolve guest scanning issues, watching for fraudulent lift access.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/TASKS:

• Scanning all guests riding a lift

• Knowledge of bad scan error messages and resolution

• Keep scanner in excellent working order at all times

• Maintains clean and orderly work stations.

• Works with other departments in cooperative and supportive role

• Ability to communicate clear instructions & give proper direction to the guests.

• Prepared to work outside in all weather conditions

WORKING CONDITIONS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts, low and high voltage equipment in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to the risk of electrical shock and vibration.  The employee is exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and is frequently exposed to extreme cold.  The noise level in the work environment can be very loud according to the job task and location.

Seeing: REGULARY Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception. Must possess ability to adjust focus, talk and listen. Must be able to read.

Hearing: REGULARY Is essential to this position.  Must be able to hear high frequency sounds, as well as communicate with coworkers, and guests in order to prevent potential risks.

Standing/walking: REGULARY 

Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: REGULARY

Lifting/Pushing/Pulling: REGULARY

Fingering/Grasping/Writing: REGULARY Must be able to write, and use phone / radio systems
