Gasow Veterinary Hospital is hiring! We are seeking a Medical Director Veterinarian to lead our amazing team!

The Medical Director (MD) position provides strategic direction, coaching, and mentoring to the associate veterinarians to ensure safe, consistent, efficient, therapeutic, and ethical patient care and outstanding client service. They will collaborate with the Practice Manager to develop a hospital annual operating plan. They will own responsibility for ensuring Clinic Revenue Targets are achieved and minimum Standards of Care are developed and complied with. The MD understands they will wear many hats and will be passionate about clinical excellence, leadership, recruiting, retention and advocating for the growth of Mission Veterinary Partners (MVP).

Exciting changes are happening currently at Gasow! Our clinic is undergoing a complete makeover of both the interior and exterior of our building. This renovation will provide a state-of-the-art hospital for our medical staff to perform the highest quality medicine and to enhance the experience of our clients and patients. During this transition, we will continue to offer all our current services and remain open during our current business hours.

Requirements:
- Licensed Michigan Veterinarian (Active & Clear).
- Excellent, demonstrated medical and surgical skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, DVMs, and teammates to build a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
- 3 years’ DVM experience
- 1 years Leadership experience desired but not required
