Psych Tech in an IDD facility operated under the Department of Mental health.

Individuals in this position will:
-observe, monitor, and care for individuals with IDD needs
-interact with clients to build rapport and provide emotional support, active treatment, therapeutic programming, leisure activities, and behavior management within the facility and on planned outings
-collect, compile, analyze various forms of behavioral data to help determine assessment needs and present data in meetings
-complete reports documenting client behavior, activity and progress towards habilitation and treatment plan goals
-enter and update sleep data in-service staff on antecedent behavior support plan interventions and behavior updates.

Requires Bachelors Degree and 0-2 years experience. Experience working with IDD individuals preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,111.11 per year
