We are searching for a perceptive, creative Manager of Administration to oversee office operations and administrative staff members. The manager will hire, train, and evaluate administrative team members; develop, review, and improve policies, systems, and procedures, attend board meeting at Canton Municipal Utilities and the City of Canton; and generally, ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
To succeed in this role, you should be focused on attracting and retaining top talent and streamlining office operations to maximize quality and efficiency while reducing costs. You should be analytical, knowledgeable, and organized with a proactive attitude and strong leadership skills.

- Identifying opportunities to improve a business' policies or objectives
- Ensuring a company is operating securely and effectively
- Preparing and reviewing operational reports
- Participating/Presenting in board meetings
- Assisting managers in compiling annual budget information and reports

- Hiring and training administrative staff

Manager of Administration Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, accounting, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in a related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and
- Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures
