Join a talented and diverse team to tackle complex problems and impact the nation!
The Systems and Analysis group analyzes and evaluates concepts vital to maintaining the technological lead of the United States Air Force. Our recommendations inform decision-makers within government and DoD senior leadership and frequently influence future military acquisitions and impact current day missions. Our independent assessments rely on modeling and simulation at the right fidelity, backed by ground and flight testing from our sister group, Tactical Defense Systems.
We work on a broad range of technical topics critical to Air Force missions:

MIT Lincoln Laboratory and Group Culture
MIT Lincoln Laboratory sits at the intersection of academia, industry, and government. Our nationally recognized staff work collaboratively to solve some of the nation's most challenging problems. With the laboratory's support, we are able to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
As part of the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) and Tactical Systems Division of the Laboratory, we team on analysis, prototyping, and testing efforts with other groups. We also leverage tools and expertise from other Divisions when exploring new study areas.
Our group cultivates a highly collaborative workplace, where staff work together on teams drawing on diverse experience levels. Typically, new staff will initially work with a more experienced staff member to get up to speed on analysis topics, then transition to more independent roles. The group values work-life balance, with potential for flexible scheduling to provide a productive atmosphere for staff.

The group is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. We understand that a diverse workplace fosters a creative and productive atmosphere and we are dedicated to making sure that every staff member in the group is supported in their work and that every voice is heard.
