Job Description
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE , Open Learning, to utilize research skills and existing outreach tools to identify qualified learning and development contacts within Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.
- Will be immersed in comprehensive program offerings through ongoing training and self-education; build rapport with prospects, assess their needs, and determine the ideal fit for solutions;
- tailor communication to effectively convey the value proposition of MIT xPRO programs to specific client challenges; partner with account executives to schedule sales calls and nurture qualified leads;
- maintain detailed records in a CRM, capturing prospect interactions and fitting assessments to inform future strategies;
and stay ahead of the curve by actively seeking new prospecting techniques and market trends.
Job Requirements
REQUIRED : bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, e.g., business, education, communication, etc.); at least two years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field;
knowledge of core sales principles; and a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment fueled by collaboration and innovation.
