Duties:
- Type and transcribe various documents, including letters, reports, memos, and other correspondence
- Proofread and edit typed documents for accuracy and clarity

- Provide customer support by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Assist with event planning and coordination as required
- Perform order entry tasks as necessary

Skills:
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong proofreading and editing abilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
