The Asst. Manager for Fin & Tonic will report directly to the General Manager and work in close collaboration with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef's to ensure that all guests receive a 5 star experience while maintaining all company standards and adhering to Health Department regulations.

3) An outgoing personality and eager to ensure a 5-star experience for our guests.
4) 2 years of management in restaurant, hotels, or resorts.
5) Fundamental understanding of P&L statements and budgeting.
6) Strong understanding of inventory recording practices.
7) Strong understanding of TOAST point of sale systems.
8) Fundamental knowledge of wine to assist servers during dining periods.
Additional Info :
Daily Responsibilities
1) Ensure dining room, service areas, and bathrooms are cleaned and maintained up to company and health department standards.
3) Conduct weekly bar inventory and report recommendations for ordering of products for Bar.
4) Assist in weekly grass roots marketing.
5) Assist service staff throughout dining periods.
6) Assist service staff to ensure a 5-star experience for all guests.
7) Do final service staff close out reports.
