Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute test plans to ensure high-quality software is delivered to clients
* Utilize automation testing tools to ensure that software meets quality assurance standards
* Analyze software requirements and design specifications to develop effective test plans
* Document and report software defects and errors
* Monitor the execution of test plans and provide feedback
* Assist in the development of software quality assurance standards
* Train and mentor junior QA staff
* Stay up-to-date with current testing tools and technologies
* Lead and manage a team of QA professionals
We are searching for a QA Lead (Testing) with the following qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
* 5 years of software quality assurance and testing experience
* Expert knowledge of quality assurance standards and methodologies
* Proven experience in developing and executing test plans
* Proficient in automation testing tools
* Proven leadership and management experience
