Compensation Package :

Responsibilities :

• Commercial Estimating & Sales to PropertyManagers Facility Managers and Industrial Customers by initiatingdeveloping and growing commercial painting relationships
• Prospecting cold calling and field networking to seek newbusiness
• Develop and maintain our currentbusiness accounts
• Participate in industryevents and tradeshows
• Diligent customerfollowup & follow through
• CradletoGrave Sales(39month sales cycle)
• Ensure customers receivea detailed written proposal for all requests
• Ensure that our customers’ needs and theirexpectations are clearly communicated and accurately documented ona written proposal
• Develop a close workingrelationship with the Office Manager Production Manager and the JobSite Supervisor to ensure all expectations set forth on the writtenproposal are met
• Meet with customers in personwhenever possible to perform estimates and gather information abouttheir needs pertaining to the execution of the project
• Win sales commitments with new customers in a competitivemarket
• Grow revenue from existing accounts andrelationships
• Prepare Weekly Analysis ofResults in preparation for Goal Setting & Review withSupervisor

Qualifications :

• Strong Math and Analytical skills
• Valid driver's license with clean drivingrecord
• B2B commercial sales experience .. doesnot have to be in painting
• TrackRecord as aTop Performer
• History of accomplishments andpromotions
• Goal oriented organized andenergetic
• Highly Motivated SelfStarter
• Excited about performancebasedpay
• Strong communication skills (written andverbal)
• Strong computer and internetskills
