Job Description:
We are looking for a General Manager and Primary Sales Associate to oversee the operations and sales activities of our company in Dane County. As the leader of our team, you will play a crucial role in establishing our presence in the market and driving the growth of our business. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company, including inventory management, customer service, and administrative tasks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay updated on industry trends
- Provide guidance and support to a team of sales associates
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns
- Stay informed about local regulations and zoning requirements for modular and manufactured homes
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, specifically in selling mobile, modular, or manufactured homes
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of the housing industry and local market trends
- Familiarity with local regulations and zoning requirements for modular and manufactured homes
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
