If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Mixon Digital, and Atlanta based digital media company, is looking to hire an Associate Product Manager. This role is hybrid. At least 60% work from home.  This role will also have some travel involved, attending a couple of high profile sports events during the busy sports season.

As an Associate Product Manager, you will be the liaison between our development team and our end users. The Associate Product Manager is a strategic leadership role within the company and will play an important role in driving the success of the business and our products.

Associate Product Manager duties and responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Director of Technology and working closely with the product management team to develop product support strategy
  • Managing and scheduling the support team
  • Managing client system updates 
  • Developing and managing the product test plan
  • Working with account team on client deliverables
  • Taking part in experimentation and testing of the product
  • Recommending and implementing new releases
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Tracking and reporting of key performance metrics
  • Defining and delivering effective product roadmaps for acquiring new customers

Associate Product Manager requirements and qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management
  • Experience with data analysis and metrics
  • Attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication comprehension skills
  • Proven experience with Microsoft 365 tools: Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Understanding and using data to make decisions
  • Ability to maintain strong customer relations and provide product support
  • Excellent strategic and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management skills
  • Passion for sports:  A genuine interest and enthusiasm for sports. Understanding the dynamics, rules, and culture of various sports will help you relate to the company's mission and goals.
