Job Description
Jewelry sales consultants work directly with customers, helping to fulfill their jewelry needs and desires, by presenting, educating, and servicing our guests in a most professional manner.
They are expected to perform a number of tasks such as presenting jewelry, conducting sales, running credit cards, inspecting jewelry, assisting with jewelry repair intake and more.
These professionals must have a growing knowledge of diamonds and jewelry, able to answer potential customer questions and effectively service clientele.
Jewelry sales consultants must use their customer-service skills to effectively make sales presentations and build long-term relationships with customers.
Jewelry sales consultants must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Jewelry sales consultants may work a variety of hours depending on the needs of the business and the hours of operation for the store.
Previous jewelry experience is preferred but we will provide on the job training. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent for this position is required.
The Jewelry Sales Consultant position is commission and base salary.
