We are seeking a Full-time Office Support Specialist to join our client in the construction industry in Belvidere, IL. This is an in office role Mon-Fri with working hours 730am-430pm. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning within the organization.
Responsibilities
Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and transcribing
Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies and inventory
Support operations by handling general office tasks
Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals
Experience
Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office Suite
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to type accurately and efficiently
Prior experience in an office setting preferred
Familiarity with phone etiquette
