We’re looking for a Transportation Roadway Project Manager to join our Transportation team at our Oklahoma City location (in office). This individual will assist with the design of various projects that may include highways and roadways, bridge designs and rehabs, interchanges, rural roads, streets and intersections, urban arterials, pavement management, roundabouts, and more.

We’re looking for a Transportation Roadway Project Manager to join our Transportation team at our Oklahoma City location (in office). This individual will assist with the design of various projects that may include highways and roadways, bridge designs and rehabs, interchanges, rural roads, streets and intersections, urban arterials, pavement management, roundabouts, and more.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the design and production of DOT, turnpike, county, and municipal transportation projects.
- Project management and oversight of projects from initial scoping to final design plans.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and instruction to production staff.
- Develop and maintain client relations as main point of contact.
- Prepare and assist with project proposals, interviews, and client presentations.
- Attend client meetings to ensure the design meets their needs and objectives.
- B.S. in Civil Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in DOT, municipal, and county-related transportation projects.
- Strong experience in roadway and/or bridge design.
- Proficient in Civil 3D and/or MicroStation products (OpenRoads, InRoads, or Geopak).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- PE license in Oklahoma (or the ability to obtain said license in a timely manner).
- Knowledge of local standards and requirements is preferred.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple project tasks. Excellent presentation, written communication, time management, and organizational skills are required.
- Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines, be self-directed, exhibit good business judgment, and handle confidential information appropriately.
