Service Operations Analyst

We are looking for a Service Operations Analyst who will design, develop, implement and maintain complex spreadsheets and databases that support the operative reporting for Service Operations. You will apply analytical methods and techniques and take the lead role in driving the development of business analysis tools supporting Service Operations. This opportunity encourages and almost requires a wide degree of creativity. Essential Functions: Responsibilities and Key Activities: Perform SAP support functions to meet KONE Retrofit Requirements Check inventory sent to Branches Issue PO’s for Retrofit parts to US and Canada Update authorization for VA Techs Add techs to KONECT and assign routes Assist Meagan in running reports such as SEB Labor, UA Hrs, Optional OT and others Retrofit Maintenance Process Completion Notices and enter data into Master Database File Completion Notices to PIC Drive Package Retrofit Letters and Packets Send updates to Front Line Update Retrofit Schedule (early morning) Send out Non-Customer Letters Enter PO’s for Retrofit Kits Process Weekly Labor Reports Retrofit Hrs Report OT Hrs UA Hrs Weekly SEB Hrs Misc Time Ticket database Reports Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or related discipline. Experience: - 2 years of experience in the field or related area. Skills, Knowledge and other Abilities: - Excellent math and analytical skills. - Demonstrated in depth knowledge of Excel and Access. - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including: Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. - Ability to analyze reports, prepare business correspondence and procedure manuals. - Effectively present information to KONE leaders and associates. - Ability to communicate ideas and requirements in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. - Effective time management and strong organizational skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Self driven and motivated working alone or as a team member. - Ability to plan, coordinate and supervise work of other service operations associates.
