Your Role
- Ensure that customers and our clients are properly assisted and represented
Your Responsibilities
- Coach and lead a team of representatives with varying levels of experience to meet goals.
- Evaluate new-business applications and complex files to determine acceptable risks.
- Identify and implement motivational techniques to increase employee engagement.
- Conduct team and one-on-one meetings on a regular basis.
- Review representatives to identify coaching and development opportunities.
- Work closely with clients and customers to resolve any arising issues
- Oversee completion of incoming files to ensure proper handling.
- Update and train the team on job-related changes as needed.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, any major
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Willingness and ability to relocate across the U.S.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems
