Your Role

  • Ensure that customers and our clients are properly assisted and represented

Your Responsibilities

  • Coach and lead a team of representatives with varying levels of experience to meet goals.
  • Evaluate new-business applications and complex files to determine acceptable risks.
  • Identify and implement motivational techniques to increase employee engagement.
  • Conduct team and one-on-one meetings on a regular basis.
  • Review representatives to identify coaching and development opportunities.
  • Work closely with clients and customers to resolve any arising issues
  • Oversee completion of incoming files to ensure proper handling.
  • Update and train the team on job-related changes as needed.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, any major
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Willingness and ability to relocate across the U.S.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems
