MLee Healthcare has been engaged by a hospital based campus in Southern Minnesota to recruit a Clinic Manager for their clinic facility. Nestled outside of the city, this location has plenty to offer for any kind of individual. Overview:
This position is responsible for the coordination and facilitation of overall clinic operations. Responsible for managing providers and nursing schedules and workflow, as well as coordinating and organizing outreach providers and their schedules, to ensure quality care and customer service is provided to our patients. Provide leadership and direction for the day-to-day operations of the clinic staff to maintain guidelines. Manage required reporting measurements. Oversee the responsibility of the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement Program. Supervise the maintenance of medical records assuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with licensing regulations and legal and ethical standards.
Compensation:
- $79,000 - $99,000 / year

Education / Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in nursing, business, or healthcare management preferred. Prior experience with rural health clinic regulations and statutes preferred. 1 year in a managerial role in a healthcare environment preferred.
