Position Overview :

Experienced Workshop Leading Hands required to assist the Workshop Manager in overseeing the highly valued workshop teams on various projects across Western Australia. This position is :

• FIFO from any Capital City within Australia
• Permanent Full Time
• 2 : 1 Shift Roster (Dayshift and Nightshift)
• $5 Site Bonus paid per hour worked

What does the ideal candidate bring to MLG?

• Valid and Current Drivers Licence (HR or higher desirable)
• Demonstrated experience with :
• Cat Loaders 980-990
• 40-45 Ton Cat Excavators
• Side Tippers
• QSK19 Engines
• Leading small teams of tradesmen and apprentices
• High Risk Licence - LF, DG, RB / RI / RA (Desirable)
• Working at Heights Ticket (Desirable)
• Knowledge and experience with CMMS - Pronto preferred
• Exceptional time management, people skills, and a willingness to build a cohesive team
