Job Description:
This position is for one client only. Responsible for assisting client with health maintenance activities such as transfers using appropriate assistive equipment, ostomy and catheter care, wound and respiratory care, exercise and mobility. Certified Nursing Assistants will also assist clients with personal care including bathing, dressing, eating, walking, toileting, continence care, medication reminders and hygiene assistance. Responsible for aiding clients with homemaking duties such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry and shopping. Candidates will also be responsible for client care plan comprehension and submitting accurate documentation encompassing time tracking and progress notes.

Job Requirements:
-Valid CNA License

-Valid Driver’s License

-Proof of Car Insurance

-Drug Test Screening

-SSN Card

-Vaccination Card (if applicable, but not required)

-Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a clients care plan

-Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred

-Must be dependable and capable of pleasantly and tactfully communicating with clients, family staff and other agencies.
