The position supports the execution of capital market strategies and capital structure management at MMC, including debt issuance (both short-term and long-term), share buybacks, dividend policy and financial flexibility analysis.

In this role you will be responsible for:
Develop cash flow and interest expense forecasts for the consolidated and operating companies.
Forecast cash flow on a daily basis to ensure liquidity
Prepare monthly / quarterly analysis of US corporate cash and worldwide interest expense / income
Manage and coordinate external financing such as CP issuance, bank revolver borrowing, renewal and repayment issues
Evaluate financing products and proposals as to their applicability to MMCo
Oversee and execute capital market projects such as share repurchase
Provide support for preparation of presentations to senior management on financing activities
Work with businesses to support issuance of guarantees and letters of credit as required
We would like you to have:
Undergraduate degree in Finance/Economics, Master’s degree in Finance preferred
5 years finance / accounting
Experience in financial modelling
Advanced knowledge of finance / accounting
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Strong problem solving and project management skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with spreadsheets and PowerPoint
