We are the global visual communication network for a large consulting firm that offers their services to top clients in many industries. You will join a global creative team of about 200 colleagues. In the role, you will film various interviews and events, arrange, assemble, and process dozens of recorded and stock video clips into a seamless whole. You will work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure alignment with project goals. It is critical that you work with the established guidelines to effectively convey your message. Success in this role will be demonstrated by producing dynamic, entertaining, and audience-appropriate videos to expand market reach and increase viewer engagement. Key responsibilities of the role include: Shoots video, produces content, can execute on set lighting and headshot photography as needed Edits videos to targeted length and specifications Handles and organizes raw and edited video files Exports videos and facilitates mobile and web distribution Video concepting and ideation is required Manipulating film and video footage using modern editing techniques. Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects. Explores different versions and directions Ensures compliance with highest journalist and brand standards Helps organise shoots and liaise with client Domestic and oversea travel is required What we’d love to see from you: A minimum 2 years of filming and video editing including post-production experience – you will have experience of corporate / commercial video filming Proficient in various non-linear video editing tools and other software (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom) Deep understanding of digital trends and editing principles Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Film or related field Strong interest in producing creative content, dipping into photography, video, and graphic design Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic Thrive in a fast-paced environment and Independent work style, ability to plan and execute without constant direction Demonstrable ability to take initiative is a must and not being afraid to jump into untested waters and learn from failure Have very strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and can articulate a vision for yourself, your team, and the client Have the ability to interpret a brief, and respond with compelling and insightful concepts Why join us at Oliver Wyman?
