MMI Dining Systems is looking for an hourly Kitchen Supervisor for our account at Belhaven University in Jackson, MS. The Kitchen Supervisor is an important part of the operations and will work under the supervision of the Food Service Manager. If you have experience in planning, directing, coordinating and supervising Food Service activities for a managed care facility, this could be the job for you! The ideal candidate will have two (2) or more years' experience in procurement, receiving, storage, preparation, catering menu planning and overall kitchen management.

We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in selecting, training, and motivating team members and who understands the modern principles and practices of long-term care food service management. Unless business allows, this is not a cooking position, so prior management/supervisor experience is preferred.
