About the Role
The business and Financial Analyst will assess, develop, implement, monitor, and improve internal controls for all financial transactions (Invoicing, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Financial Reporting, Project Costing, Contract Management, P&L, etc.), KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Develop relevant processes, systems, master data management, financial reporting, profitability analysis, project revenue projection.
- Financial reporting – define and develop the standard set of financial reports and work with stakeholders to define reporting needs and frequency.
- Assist in month-end, quarter-end, year-end financial closing, and reporting.
- Work with QA to develop a financial internal audit plan and conduct periodic audits of projects, test implemented controls of all financial transactions, develop corrective actions, ensure timely implementation of actions.
- Develop a monthly process for project financial and profitability & loss analysis.
- Define and implement the New Project Costing and Project Launch Process.
- Assist, or lead in preparation of financial statements and reports as required.
- Assess and develop a compliant, robust, timely and accurate invoicing process; this includes, processes, policy, tools, data, people.
- Project costing and proposal control process – Process enforcement and ensuring accurate data/estimates.
- Tool (MS DSL) related support for projects & process improvements -
- Ensure master data is accurate (review and initiate action) and system configuration supports required business requirements and processes.
- Continuous Improvement. Assess current processes and tools’ utilization and promote improvements to leverage more DSL utilization, implement other relevant modules to align service, contract, invoicing, reporting.
Requirements
- Experience in Finance, Accounting or Related field
- MS DSL or equivalent ERP tool implementation, configuration experience
- Project based service and contract-based billing experience
- Financial reports and analysis proficiency
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Quick learner and implementer of new industry trends

Pay: $68,938.00 - $74,160.00 per year
