As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in building and sustaining a culture of teamwork, respect, and excellence. As an Operations Supervisor, you will:
- Manage day-to-day inventory and supply ordering
- Schedule preventive maintenance/vehicle repairs and liaise with the Fleet Manager to address vehicle issues
- Maintain organized and current station files and manuals
- Handle scheduling, hiring, evaluation, management, and disciplinary actions concerning station employees
- Ensure timely submission of timesheets and other payroll documentation
- Lead, guide, and assist in training lower-level personnel and/or students as assigned
- Administer basic life support treatment to patients within EMT scope of practice
- Perform CPR, administer oxygen, and provide glucose as necessary
- Safely operate and maintain emergency vehicles in compliance with relevant laws during patient transportation
- Deliver competent patient care in pre-hospital and inter-facility settings
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of EMS procedures and apply them effectively
- Maintain professional interactions with healthcare personnel and patients, including those with disabilities or injuries
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Accurately document required information in EMS charts, including PCRs, vehicle inspections, and inventory checks
- Assist other EMS providers in delivering care
- Provide verbal or written reports to higher healthcare facilities
- Ensure cleanliness of equipment and replace used or damaged supplies
- Adhere to company and local agency policies, procedures, and protocols for emergency treatment and transportation
- Attend refresher programs and continuing education sessions as required by the medical director
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and ethical demeanor

Qualifications
Requirements for the position are:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic Life Support certification
- CPR & First Aid certification
- Current state Paramedic Certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Active EMT-B, EMT-I, or Paramedic certifications in the state
- National Registry Paramedic or EMT Certification
- EVOC (Emergency Vehicle Operator Course)
- Safe driving record
