ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll assist with new hire computer setup, support our HQ team with equipment issues, and travel to different stores to fix our restaurant registers and other hardware.

- Must have strong interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to interact with team members at various levels of sophistication to interpret and guide their use of information/communications technology to meet their goals
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed
- Ability to create and utilize tools to plan out, track progress and achieve goals
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Master problem solver with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent time and productivity manager
- Ability to maintain a high level of ownership mentality and accountability
- Regular and predictable attendance
- 50% travel required when needed at various locations
ABOUT YOU
- 1-2 years of experience in a helpdesk capacity
- Certifications in the IT space would be great but optional.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
WORKING CONDITIONS
The position requires qualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods; lift 30 pounds; bend, stoop, and kneel. You may be required to work outside in various weather conditions. You may be required to work on a computer for extended periods, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. You may be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment.

Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
