CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement processes and procedures for internal productivity measurement in all warehouses
  • Project headcount and equipment necessity for the WH network based on inbound / outbound volume
  • Identify cost saving opportunity in our operation and track progress
  • Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Assist warehouse with the ability to develop plans for impending workload and determine number of resources required to complete each task.
  • Assist with planning key resources needed such as material flows, warehouse infrastructure, equipment, labor (headcount), space, and warehouse management system.
  • Monitor all touch points between the GWMS and troubleshoot all issues
  • Work cross-functionally to effectively communicate and solve warehouse operation issues
  • Resolving day to day issues (troubleshooting reports, process improvements)
  • Capability to generate and modify reports in Excel, GWMS and Pantos internal modules
  • Provide insights and updates through management reports, as necessary
  • Provide updates on WH labor, turnover, calls out in weekly operational meetings
  • Support Procurement with invoices, entering POs and correcting PO discrepancies
  • Develops warehouse operations improvements by analyzing process workflow and implementing changes
  • Spearhead projects, provide progress, identify challenges and results
  • Provide an ongoing review of each site and advises the upper management team for any required changes, including demand forecasting.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting models and techniques are used to optimize availability and inventory levels.
  • Take an active ownership role in projects related to the Warehouse planning and management elements of all warehouse systems and applications.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or equivalent field.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Ability to make presentations and develop reports for internal management / external customers
  • Working knowledge of warehouse management software (e.g. WMS)
  • Ability to accurately analyze data and be detailed oriented
  • Travel Required 5%
  • Proven competencies in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

Salary : $70,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
