What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ultrasound/X-Ray Tech - Full time position at Moab Regional Hospital?
Moab Regional Hospital is seeking to fill two permanent Ultrasound/X-Ray Technician positions.
These positions provide diagnostic support for our patients through skilled use of imaging equipment, including ultrasounds, x-rays, and CT scans. The right Candidate with ultrasound qualification can be trained in CT. The right candidates will be a team players and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. Must be willing to take some ‘on call’ hours.
These are full-time, benefited, year-round positions.
Available shift patterns:
- Nights - Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat 9PM to 7AM (10 hour shifts); Sun, Mon, Tues 6PM to 6AM (12 hour shifts)
- Weekend Days - Fri, Sat, Sun 9AM to 9PM
Hourly pay ranges from $35-$45, dependent on experience and Boards.
This position includes a $10,000 signing bonus with service requirement of 3 years.
Desired starting date is 8/8/22.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in OB and abdominal ultrasound required.
- Must be ARRT Certified.
- ARDMS certification preferred.
- Willingness to modify schedule to help accommodate time off requests.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and emotionally mature.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (oral, written, and listening).
- Ability to work in a confidential manner.
- Must enjoy working as part of a small team.
- Must possess high levels of self-motivation and -management.
- Must possess a positive attitude. Must by flexible and accept other responsibilities that may be assigned.
- Must be willing to relocate to Moab, if living outside the area.
- Must have completed full COVID-19 vaccination, or have an approved medical or religious exemption.

Salary : $40 - $53
