Our innovative beauty services cater to clients in every setting, from major events such as weddings and corporate headshots to film productions. Operating in and around the Metro Atlanta areas, we leave no event untouched, bringing our expertise directly to our clients.

Position: Nail Expert - Mobile Atlanta Metro area and its surrounding cities

Responsibilities:

As a Nail Expert at Mobile Beauty Bar ATL, you will:

- Uphold company protocols while delivering exceptional customer service.

- Punctually attend appointments, embodying the company motto consistently.

- Craft innovative and trendsetting nail designs tailored to clients' requests.

- Develop and maintain consistent client rapport on a weekly basis.

- Communicate schedule conflicts in advance to ensure smooth brand growth.

- Perform manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, and nail polish application.

- Offer a variety of nail services, such as gel nails, acrylics, gel nails, nail art, and specialized treatments.

- Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.

- Sterilize and maintain all tools and equipment to prevent the spread of infections.

- Keep the nail station and work area organized and tidy.

- Support a positive and cooperative team environment.

- Utilize the required company kit, provided with initial costs and fees to join our mobile beauty business platform.

Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

- High school diploma and/or relevant nail technician certification; additional beauty certifications are a plus.

- 5-7 years of experience in the beauty industry, with a strong emphasis on nail artistry.

- Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic math skills for handling financial transactions.

- Experience operating a CRM and/or POS system for electronic receipts.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of nail designs and techniques.

- Reliable transportation is a MUST.

Location and Schedule:

This is a part-time role that will lead to a full-time, weekday position with travel within Atlanta Metro area and its surrounding cities. The role reports to the Beauty Expert Leader.
