Position : Environmental Services Supervisor

Shift Notes : 8hr Days but must be flexible 40hr guarantee

Weekend Requirements : As needed / Holiday coverage required as / if needed

THIS IS A SUPERVISOR NEED - CANDIDATE MUST HAVE SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE

the Environmental Services Supervisor under the direction of the Director of Environmental Services oversees the day-to-day operations of assigned areas within the Environmental Services Department.

He / she assists with the development of departmental plans, policies, and procedures. Works within annual operating and capital budgets.

Ensures the quality of daily operations meets the established standards for cleanliness, appearance, and safety.

• Proven ability to work effectively with staff.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent written skills.
• Proven ability to perform evaluations, consultations, and discipline within established timeframes.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years of environmental services / housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting - required
• Prior leadership / supervisory experience in a customer service / support service function - required

Profile Requirements :

• Work History - SUPERVISOR / LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
