Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the emergency room setting, including triage, assessment, treatment, and evaluation of patients with acute medical conditions, injuries, or trauma.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, other nurses, and ancillary staff, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
- Perform rapid and accurate assessments of patients' condition and intervene appropriately to stabilize patients in critical situations.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and discharge instructions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and implementation of evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of OR.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
- Minimum of 1 years of recent experience in emergency nursing preferred.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $2,088.00 - $2,350.00 per week
