Digital Marketing Account Manager

The Digital Marketing Account Manager is responsible for managing all digital and mobile marketing initiatives for our clients, primarily in the flooring industry. The Digital Marketing Account Manager is familiar with Internet marketing and how to focus digital marketing strategies to reach customers through social media, CRM platforms, e-commerce, blogs and other lead-generating technologies to foster stronger consumer engagement.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in managing website builds, social media campaigns, search engine Optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM) and content creation for B2C and B2B customers. Experience with Google Analytics and Google AdWords a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main day-to-day contact for a number of agency clients.
• Work with Digital Team to define project approach and scope.
• Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns, from the initial campaign pitch, to campaign setup, execution, review and reporting.
• Responsible for documenting, updating, and communicating project scope and budgets to client and internal team.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to optimize client results.
• Run weekly meetings to update clients on cumulative progress.

Requirements

• Account management experience, or experience with SEO/SEM and a desire to transition to digital marketing account manager
• A strong background in developing advertising strategies and managing interactive projects (website development, lead generation, SEO, SEM, social media/blogs, digital and interactive media)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office Suite products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and working knowledge of Content Management System platforms like WordPress and Magento
• A strong positive attitude that resonates throughout the agency
• Natural drive to identify opportunities to grow clients’ business online
• Some travel required

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
