We are currently seeking a confident, personable and communication-oriented Associate to join our established team. The ideal candidate for this position has demonstrated experience in the restaurant industry and strong customer service skills. The Associate will assist the management team in all aspects of restaurant operation, including maintaining product availability, inventory control and employee scheduling, communicating with vendors and working with suppliers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training new employees and should be ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily tasks in assigned role
• Greeting customers, answering questions regarding the menu, Answering phone calls, taking orders, process pay and handle transactions
• Resolve issues with with customers
• Respond to problems that arise
• Ensure that policies are followed
• Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures (Training will be provided for all stations)
• Follow all procedures related to cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security
• Comply with all restaurant, brand, and franchise policies

Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
• Must be available on *WEEKENDS*
• No work experience necessary but must be 18 or older
• Works well in a fast pace and under pressure
• Good team-player

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
