We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Dispatcher.
The CSR/Dispatcher responsibilities include the following:
- Answering calls and questions from customers
- Communicate with the customer to determine service needs.
- Coordinating technicians/dispatching work.
- Schedule and notify technician of assignments.
- Enter necessary data into computer database.
- Performs related work as required.
CSR/Dispatcher Requirements:
- A professional and courteous telephone manner
- Customer service experience
- Student mentality
- Ability to think outside of the box.
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given.
- Ability to communicate with customers and team members.
- Be punctual & reliable.
- Must have basic computers skills, and knowledge of applicable software
Starting wages for CSR/Dispatcher are based on experience: $14-$16/hour (Depending on experience)
