The Body Shop Secretary supports the Body Shop by collecting all customer information, including insurance information, performing follow up calls, and taking payments.
- Communicate with customers, insurance representatives and vendors
- Communicate messages to the Body Shop Manager and staff in a timely manner.
- Answer phones
- Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries.
- Write and administer all POs, book all completed work orders.
- Communicate with rental companies to schedule rentals
- Schedule appointments for estimates and repairs.
- Update customers on the progress of vehicle repair.
- Organize paperwork for office
- Check variety of sources for vehicle repair assignments.
- Schedule tows if needed.
- Create folders for each vehicle.
- Collect payment and record appropriately.
- Order office supplies
- Filing
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $38,045.00 - $46,000.00 per year
